29 Mar You are WORTHY. PERIOD.

There is NOT a thing we have to do to prove that we are WORTHY. We came as valuable beings on this EARTH plane. There is no relationship, title, position, possession, job, scholarship, status, size/weight, etc., that proves we are worthy.
We are born WORTHY and VALUABLE.
Coming into this hustle-bustle of the planet, we land in families, societies, connections, and relationships conditioned to ask us to prove that we are precious to be loved.
We onboard others’ points of view, expectations, and values to feel approved. And in that process, we want to be loved- because it’s the basic essence we are all born with, i.e., LOVE.
And LOVE is all we crave for – from parents, siblings, caretakers, friends, relationships, spouses, children, and so on.
Some of us born/experience in dysfunctional families/societies/circumstances buying the idea that:
LOVE is to be earned.
I need to do certain things/behave in a certain manner to earn love.
I will be loved if I am good enough.
I am good enough if I am strong enough, rich enough, attractive enough.
LOVE doesn’t come naturally to me, so I would do anything to earn it.
BUT the truth(hard to grasp, though) is that we don’t need to do a thing to earn love as we are LOVE. We are part of Source, and Source is LOVE, and so are we.
If LOVE is coming to us with all sorts of conditions – it’s conditional LOVE that will eventually run out of steam. Still, the Universe is based on that UNCONDITIONAL love flowing freely and abundantly. When we hook on to the thought of “Universe and its unconditional love gushing through flawlessly” a little longer, we can feel the rushing of Source energy flowing through us – full of LOVE.
That doesn’t mean we don’t need to do our jobs, workouts, have relationships, or million other things we do. It simply means that we do with love, NOT for earning love.
This perspective is deep-rooted passed on from past lives/experiences, lineages, traditions, societies, etc. It’s time to upheaval what no longer serves us, release what is depleting our energies as we move to the new awakened Earth plane. Just because it has been the norm does not imply it should be carried on. With changing energies on this physical plane, we are being asked to make a shift to live from our heart.
And while it’s great to understand from an intellectual standpoint, it’s not enough to make a shift because these patterns are engrossed in our DNA. With proper inner work, healing, and support, we can uproot these patterns to live our life from heart, knowing that we are WORTHY, VALUABLE, GOOD ENOUGH, and LOVED.
Falling in love with ourselves was never taught to us. Society is based on expectations of sacrifice, putting others first, and offering what others need from us. We judge, condemn, make fun of us, thinking we are weird, stupid, or undeserving.
Few questions to be prompted every now and then:
Why am I doing what I am doing? – Is it to please others, or I genuinely love doing it?
What is one thing I love about myself?
When was the last time I was kind to myself – the same kindness I spread like confetti on others?
Do I talk nicely to myself?
Am I comfortable in my own company?
When was the last thing I did for myself to show I care?
Do I know what boundaries are? Do I safeguard my boundaries?
Do I respect myself?
Can I look into the mirror and say, “I Love you”?
